We paid a premium for what we thought was a lifetime warranty only to find out when we went to actually use the warranty, that a $10 charge PER protector would be applied. After calling, they offered to reduce the cost to $5 PER protector still costing us $20. It is very easy to find 4 new replacements anywhere on the web for less than the cost of even shipping yours to us. Your product is not premium and in now ways justifies this type of cost. The customer service person I spoke with was obviously not concerned about maintaining a customer relationship and was quick to say I have offered you an option and as a consumer you are free to go elsewhere.
