The promotion clearly states that the game pass is pre-installed. It's not. You have to sign up for it. And get charged for it. It shows its included in the 35 payments. If this doesn't get fixed soon I'm going to return the xbox

I bought the Xbox series X with all access pass for 24 mo and will be paying $35/mo for this product and service. I did not receive a code for the 24 months of game pass ultimate, nor was it pre-installed on the console. The Verizon reps I was working with were clueless about the all access program, how it works, and have no resolution at this time.
