About the Event

As students, we are constantly hearing about new ways in which to save and invest our money. But do we ever stop and ask the question, “Should I Be Saving?” Join us at our first Financial Literacy event to answer this question, find out which investment vehicle is right for you, and stand a chance to win a share of R2,000 in prizes! Students from all faculties, years of study and experience levels are welcome.

Our speaker for the evening is Ettienne Wilsnagh. Ettienne joined the life insurance industry in 1994 where he spent the next 10 years at Sanlam as an advisor followed by 3 years as a manager. He continued his career at Discovery and in 2010, he was offered a franchise opportunity with the Old Mutual Group. Ettienne has always held a strong passion for financial education in the specific realms of planning in a South African context.
